Kershaw Forged Stainless Steel 8-Inch Bread Knife

Made to the exacting standards that Kershaw is famous for, the Precision Forged Stainless Steel Series of knives feature German-style drop-forged construction. Made with 1.4116 high-carbon, German stainless steel, these Kershaw knives feature superior edge retention. Each knife features a 54-56 Rockwell Hardness rating, and each blade is honed to an incredibly sharp edge. With full-tang, fully riveted construction and POM handles with net-finish, you are guaranteed a knife that is not only well, constructed, but beautiful as well. Dishwasher safe, hand washing recommended.
